I have always loved to inspire my clients with easy-to-prepare cooking classes, great-tasting food, and the true facts about healthy eating.
Having found this beautiful house set high in the hills above Balafia in the north of Ibiza, I can offer all this and more on this Vital Energy retreat.
We shop from the local organic producers, buy our fish from the lbiza town fishermen, and gather almonds from the trees surrounding us. It doesn't get more natural than this!

To tone your body we include yoga and Tai Chi, horse-riding and swimming in the nearby beach coves, hiking through the hills and relaxing by the infinity pool whilst gazing out over the rolling hills and forests. What a setting to clear the mind! We also offer meditation and breathing classes for those who's stress levels have reached the limit!
One week here will feel like a month away, and will provide you with true energy, the methods for which you can continue when you return home.
